When I started being intentional about what goes into mouth and and my skin was in 2014 when dear Momma was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma ,for the life of me I didn't know what it was and i had never heard of that kind of disease until then.

Going to LUTH was an eye.opener , that year I stopped relaxing my hair and decided to go natural,even though Nigeria had turned the hair to Rasta. 😂

So what about you,are you intentional about what you eat,or your body is a dumping ground for all types of thrash?
