A QUICK ADVICE TO BUSINESS OWNERS🌚

Please and Please 😩
Learn how to attach the prices of the products you're selling or the services you're rendering..

An average Nigerian is not patient and don't have the time and energy to go into your DM to ask how much whatever you're selling costs.

Most especially in Nigeria, people are very busy and don't have that energy to go to your DM if they're not sure of the price you'd call for them. So please make it simple for us "Biko" so that we would know if to purchase your products or not.

I honestly saw a very beautiful ad that ran on Instagram and on how people kept asking the online vendor how much what they were selling cost and to my surprise they were no replies to the comments.
People kept complaining, 'Why don't you respond to your comments?' et al
In as much as I wanted to purchase that product, I decided not to show interest because of the business owner not even responding to the comments neither did she slate her price.

Please it would make your work easier if you told us the price so that anyone who comes to your Dm would be coming with the intention to purchase your products or services because they've known the price.

Also learn to respond to comments as well.
You might put the price and some may still come to your DM to ask 'how much'? because they were too lazy to read the caption😅😅 or they probably want to price down the product
But either ways reply them as courteous as possible.
That's an average Nigerian for you
They don't like stress😅
This is a business strategy that would help your business most especially in Nigeria.

CHOCOLATE CAKE 🍫 🎂🎂😋

RECIPE
3 cups of flour
3 cups of sugar
1 and 1/2cups of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp of baking soda
1 and 1/2Tsp of baking powder
1 and 1/2Tsp of salt.
4 large eggs
1 and 1/2cups of Warm water
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 TSP of vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cup of butter milk

PS: To make butter milk at home add 1 cup of full cream milk and 1 tbsp(tablespoon) of vinegar or lemon juice

*PROCEDURES*

1. In a bowl; add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and vegetable oil then mix till it is perfectly combined and set aside

2. In another bowl; add your flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt together and mix

3. Gradually mix your egg mixture together with your flour mixture
(mix step 1 & 2) and keep adding your butter milk to the entire mixture

4. Add up your warmness to loosen thickness

5. Place in a greased pan and bake it in an oven

WHY YOU DON'T MAKE SALES AS A BAKER OR BUSINESS PERSON🤔🤔🤔

Oh God I've been there severally 😟😟
and I can tell you it's not really a good experience.
Imagine putting your whole effort and time into something but yet it fails 😢

I learnt some simple tricks that helped me boost my sales both online and inland

Most especially when majority of your customers are Nigerians you should understand that it ain't easy😌😌
Nigerians have a way of patronizing their goods and trust me ,they are tricks you don't know when dealing with a Nigerian customer

RULE 1: Build relationship with your customers first.
Don't be so eager to sell your goods that all the attention be on your goods alone and not your customers as well.

This is one of the major tricks that top-ranking companies use to beat Thier competitors in the labour market.
Learn to gain your buyers trust first so they keep coming to you always

RULE NUMBER 2:
First impression matters
Trust me guys, Nigerians are moved by sight.
No matter how authentic your work is, if it isn't attractive to them;they will never buy.

I had an experience years back when I wanted to purchase an item
There were two items but one was looking more attractive than the other.
Although the more attractive one was quite expensive, I was ready to pay much more to get it because I loved the authenticity.
How's your content?
When you post pictures of your work, how much quality does it portray?
Don't post blurry pictures, they won't attract the right buyers online
How do you package your goods for sale?

RULE NUMBER 3
When starting up a business, look at the labour market and find out the prices most of these goods are slated for and reduce your price by 10%..
Trust me guys you will get more sales than those slated for a high price and then apply rule number one by using the process to gain the trust of your customers so that when you increase the price, they will continue to patronize you based on the relationship and trust you built with them

*ASUU STRIKE SAGA*

ASUU plans on going on another four months strike if federal government doesn't meet Thier demands 😭😭

Only God knows whether school is going to resume this year or not..😓😓
But instead of just sitting around doing nothing why don't you try and get busy doing something you have always wanted to do..

There's no time to procastinate, all you've got to do is develop yourself in so many areas so that you end up been a very resourceful person after graduation from school..

Depending on government jobs alone would be a huge loss to you when you graduate.
You need a skill and other side hustles to keep you going as well because this country is hard..😔😔

I released my first batch of students last week..

I assure you they learnt a whole lot and are ready to move to the next level 💃💃💃💃😁

I'm sure some of you found that information a little bit late.
