Behind every bouquet, there's a whole lot of love, money, sweat, tears (both happy and stressed) put into it. Flower farming is an incredibly hard industry, flowers have such an important and special place in peoples live that they have to be perfect for you. We took a trip down to Moon River Flower Farm (which is actually only 500m from our house!) and met the lovely Claire. She started up Moon river flower farm in the red zone here in chch and grows the most beautiful blooms. It was so nice to talk to another local grower, share tips and advice, and take away a bucket full of gorgeous flowers, handpicked for a wedding tomorrow!
