THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! Cheers to all our gorgeous couples and clients that chose The Sway! What a rollercoaster our first summer has been... lockdowns, border controls, a tsunami evacuation and the arrival of our full moon baby, Asher. So much gratitude to our loyal suppliers and staff.

HUMP DAY HUNGER PAINS??! We’ve got you with our take of a Rueben sandwich. Corned beef, delicious ruby kraut, melty Swiss cheese, sweet mustard, squished between some local organic sourdough from toasted till the juices are oozing out. Served with sweet pickles and crisps 💔

So we do food, we love coming up with fun, delicious and sometimes ugly goodness. We get excited about being able to use local suppliers where we can. Summer dates still available for us to be at your next event. Call us ☎️

COCKTAIL INSPIRATION // How lucky are we with this weather?! A Rosebud cocktail, perfect for these lush balmy evenings. Refreshing, thirst quenching goodness with smooth hints of vanilla. A definite crowd pleaser.

Rosebud a Wellington classic ~ Vanilla vodka, passionfruit, cranberry, pineapple, and lemon juices. All in a shaker with ice. Shake hard, short and quick to get a luscious creamy foam. Serve in a ice cold martini glass. Voilà!

COCKTAIL INSPIRATION // Daydreaming about sipping this smokey mezcal sour, under palm trees with the warmth of glistening sun.

Orange Mezcal Sour ~ Mezcal, fresh orange juice, lemon, agave, egg white. All in a shaker with ice and shake as hard as you can! Strain and garnish with a candied orange wheel. Salud! 🏝️
