We're excited to announce that CNZ Wild Adventures is now "Costumier's New Zealand Charitable Trust"

Our website, socials and graphics will slowly update in coming weeks and months.

Our charitable purpose:
To foster and promote Creative Costuming as a art, through the Costumiers' Fantasy Masquerade Ball weekend, held annually in Rotorua, NZ and other public Creative Costuming displays and exhibitions within New Zealand.

A volunteer run not for profit event, promoting friendship within the Creative Costuming and wider communities.

To encouraging diversity, support to young adults and/or persons with disabilities, offering advice, mentoring and development within the arts.

Yay for our fabulous 2024 event crew who worked their butts off to deliver another spectacular, better than the ones before, event weekend.

Wasn't it magic!! ✨

We want to say a huge thanks to our core event planning team: Patrick & Rosie of Groove DJs, Miceala Hopper de Chaby, and Paul & Rozanne de Wild for getting right back into it, with a mammoth 2025 planning session on Sunday night.

Next year is our 5th Anniversary, can you believe it, it's gone so fast.

It's been a magical journey so far and each year just keeps getting better and better, and bigger and bigger.

We've got some exciting new plans and upgrades for 2025, some new sub-events, and well it's our 5th birthday, so we want to party with all our friends (you) to celebrate.

We were excited to have Maher Shoes New Zealand to come on board this year and offer up some amazing Gift Vouchers for our event weekend.

We created a 'Maher People's Choice Award' to allow our attendees the chance to also acknowledge the stand out costumes they personally loved on the weekend (completely separate of the costume competition)

It seemed that the voice of the people matched very closely that of our costume competition judges...
