About us

Auckland born, from Ngāti Tuwharetoa and Tuapa, Niue 🇳🇺

Growing up with a natural love for creating and an eye for detail, I was always drawn to the way everything was displayed and presented.

After the birth of my twins, every year of their birthday was essentially an opportunity for me to build my skillset and grow my passion, to create the most enjoyable moments for the ultimate sign of approval smile.

Fast forward a few years and the big move out of Auckland with 4 more births and a collection of party props, Im now ready to share my experiences and

Our Story

Im a proud Mama of 6 beautiful children and a happy wife living the country life. My family and I moved from Auckland to Turangi to ‘live the dream’ in 2015. With a background in Fashion, a diploma in Graphic Design and bake days with my Mama...this was only the beginning of a skillset I had, needing to be more.

After a year of working in Turangi I decided to follow my heart and start my own business.... and so began the birth of Kat Styles NZ.

Kat Styles NZ is an extension of my happy place. At Kat Styles NZ we love sharing all our creative visions for our clients through Decorating and Catering.

Our Decorations are recycled where they can be and our balloons are of the highest latex quality and are also biodegradable. We offer a range of hire items to accompany your parties.
