A Pilot / Sports Theme Cake for Capt Gene Santos husband of Capt. Carol Ena Santos. We created a specialty cake just for the celebrant as per request of her wife. A fondant figure pilot wearing a flying suit serves as the main topper of the cake. Since the celebrant is into sports: football, basketball & golf, we've created a chocolate mold sports logos and place on a 3" chocolate cake to serve as a plaque design effect and placed on a 10" X 5" chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate ganache. We use our famous marshmallow icing to cover the cake. All designs are edible made out of fondant & chocolates.
