In the cosplay community, especially since social media plays a huge role in it now, it is very common to see cosplayers you respect and admire at conventions. It can always be a bit intimidating to meet someone in person, whom you've known strictly online!

But it's always nice to remember that cosplayers are just fans of stuff and are people as well. Don't be afraid to talk to them and say hi.

Now granted this is all relative. Personal space and etiquette are things you need to take into account. But so long as you're not being rude I don't think any cosplayer dislikes the idea of someone coming up to them to say hi.

Plus if you're both cosplaying from the same series at least you got that in common! :D

HOW DO I JOIN?
Sign-up for the event, follow the instructions in this post’s caption. Indicate that you are joining the talent show.

HOW MANY CONTESTANTS WILL THERE BE?
The number of contestants is capped at 20 participants. Sign-up for the event and indicate that you are joining the talent show.

WHAT CAN WE PERFORM?
Anything goes! Sing, dance, do a magic trick, perform a comedy routine, do a skit, and so on. But kindly take note that performances that require any special preparation or contraption (eg. Harnesses, Poles, etc.) will be subject for our approval and all costs for the special preparations will be shouldered by the contestant.

CAN WE PERFORM IN GROUPS?
Yes you can. But prizes remain the same whether you perform alone or in a group. No additional prizes will be given for groups.

DO I NEED TO BE IN COSPLAY?
All participants need to be in Cosplay.
