As a really good friend once told me, No matter what’s going on around, you, get up and you do “you” this is my new mantra, I do me!
so I keep doing “me” and learning with the process and accepting that the only thing one can actually control is our own actions, that nothing is meant to be taken personally.
Working out of passion is a hard wave that one needs to learn how to ride. I keep saying always what I mean and never committing in my values for I love what I do every single day more and more.

On the table : Brown butter glazed sweet potatoes salad with the most amazing green leaves nothing like the fresh clean crispy salad this people delivers ❤️
And zebra tomatoes from , tomatillo dressing from the tomatillo fermented sauce made by the fermentation magician at keeping this passionate people around wherever I go.

My happy place! Thanks to all the friends who came and enjoyed and lined and waited for arepas and big smiles, the bigger credits are for who keeps bringing arepas to the crowd and I will always tag along, thanks also to .pt for hosting this event, we where so well treated, you guys are the right mix of being profesional and warm hearted we wish you all the success you have.

Buckwheat pita from .zaatar with creamy scramble, smoked salmon and fish roe. 😍 Para mi los desayunos siempre están en el top de la lista, estoy aprendiendo a desayunar una tostada con mantequilla y miel y un café pero en verdad lo mío es esperar hasta que me de mucha hambre juntar el desayuno con el almuerzo y hacerlo valer. te espera

Para entendidos.
Yo no te soy muy food stylist, por eso esta foto con su mantel de papel de cumpleaños, su cuchillo sucio de mantequilla, un walkie-talkie sin pilas atravesado, etc, por eso es para entendidos, aquellos que han disfrutado de un brunch criollo, unas caraotas (frijoles negros) con la receta de mi madre, la arepita caliente, los huevos en salsa de tomate picante ... solo ellos saben el nivel de esta foto.
Se comió, se compartió y se disfrutó! Solo queda repetir bien pronto.
