TASTY TUNA TRIANGLES
170g of canned tuna fish
130g of can creamed corn
1 tbsp of chopped parsley
1 egg
6 slices of bread
1/3 Cup of Oil

Method of preparation
*Pour tuna and corn into a mixing bowl.
*Add chopped parsley,egg and mixed well.
*Cut crust of bread.
*Spread mixture on bread slices.
*Cut slices into triangles.
*Heat the oil,when it's hot put in a few triangles and allow to cook until golden brown.
Cook the rest of the triangles and drain on paper.
You can serve with beverages of your choice.

HOT BEAN DOGS
4 Frankfurt
4 hotdog bread
120g butter
1 can baked beans
Grated cheddar cheese and mayonnaise for toppings.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
*Put Frankfurt sausage under hot grill,when one side is brown turn and cook the other side.

*Spit the bread and spread with both side with butter.

*Spoon baked beans on bread rolls.sprinkle grated cheese on it.

*Put hot Frankfurt on top of the cheese, using tong.
Top with mayonnaise and cheese.
*Ready to serve.
