TASTY TUNA TRIANGLES
170g of canned tuna fish
130g of can creamed corn
1 tbsp of chopped parsley
1 egg
6 slices of bread
1/3 Cup of Oil
Method of preparation
*Pour tuna and corn into a mixing bowl.
*Add chopped parsley,egg and mixed well.
*Cut crust of bread.
*Spread mixture on bread slices.
*Cut slices into triangles.
*Heat the oil,when it's hot put in a few triangles and allow to cook until golden brown.
Cook the rest of the triangles and drain on paper.
You can serve with beverages of your choice.
