Preview of Jan's Beg/Intm Pole Dance choreo (I had to remove the music because of copyright but it'll be to Better Place by Rachel Platten). For the remaining of December Pole Dance classes, we will be playing with spiny pole to prepare for this. Sundays 8-9.30pm Tuesdays 8-9.30pm No classes during the holidays.
