Hi all, you may not know that Sparkular, like any fireworks/pyrotechnics, need to obtain a display permit from Police Licensing and Regulation Department in Singapore. Display without a valid permit is an offence under the Dangerous Fireworks Act. Any person who commits an offence under this Act shall be liable on conviction:

a) In respect of a first offence, to a fine of not less that S$2,000 and not more than S$10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both; and
b) In respect of a second or subsequent offence, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years and shall also, subject to Criminal Procedure Code 2010, be punished with caning with not more than 6 strokes.

Again, we worked with the SCDF and SPF for their emergency exercise! Our task is to simulate big explosion from the vehicle. A dangerous job but everything went smoothly as planned!
