ACT Acrobatics offers training in acrobatic movement and art form that mainly involves AcroYoga, Partner Acrobatic, Handstand, and Yoga asana. We are here to help develop new skills and to encourage our students to be consistent in their training, as well as be more creative in their own practice.

สวัสดีค่าาา เรามีกิจกรรมสนุกๆ ที่น่าสนใจมาฝาก 😊ในวันที่ 17-19 พฤศจิกายนนี้เราจัดงาน Thailand Acro Fest ครั้งที่ 2 ที่ Hostbkk Arts Center กทม. ภายในงานมีเวิร์คช็อปอาทิ AcroYoga, Handstand, Contact Improv, Thai Massage, Standing Acro, Flying Theraputics, Acro Performance และ Sunday Sauna & Sound Healing (หลังเลิกงานในวันอาทิตย์) สอนโดยคนไทยและต่างชาติกว่า 20 คนด้วยกัน

กิจกรรมมีด้วยกันทั้งหมด 3 วัน 17-19 พย ในแต่ละวันจะมีเวิร์คช็อปด้วยกันทั้งหมด 3 รอบ มีทุกระดับตั้งแต่ beginner-advanced นะคะ

The handstand workshop for beginners covers the foundation of handstand training including understanding the concepts sufficiently, spotting techniques, and drills that will help you to kickstart your handstand journey safely and with confidence. Learn how to handstand, basic entry, and necessary tools to improve your balance, control, and progression toward a freestanding handstand.

The workshop is suitable for anyone who has never kicked into a handstand before and those who would like to relearn the skills to solidify their practice. No prior handstand experience is required.

We will work on the following skills:
- Set up for your handstand. Tips you need to know before you start your training.
- How to fix your body shape (banana back or shoulders over the wrists)
- Alignment for handstand (straight shape)
- Spotting techniques for kicking up to a wall and without the wall
- Strength and mobility for handstand
