UPDATE: On Your Services is a registered Thailand company that operates with respect to and as a friend to the environment. On Your Services provides personal assistance to our corporate and private client partnership requirements, practicing a healthy, ethical professional approach to business consumer services. Since commencing operations, On Your Services
has a history that focuses on improving client business efficiencies, consultancy, business technology solutions and managed services, outside catering, F&B Distribution, event planning and related requirements and advertising. In January 2016 On Your Services Co. accepted and Indian company Varenya Softech Pvt. Ltd on a professional corporate client to assist with expansion into Thailand and the CLMVT region. In July 2016 On Your Services announced its role as the Thailand-ASEAN Representative for Varenya Softech Pvt Limited and officially merged operations. A press release was made on 18th July 2016, however shortly thereafter it became clear that the Indian company had management issues, which affected the businesses and plans. Delays and foot dragging caused the relationship to deteriorate over ensuing months due to the Indian company's founder not honouring agreements and not following through on commitments and approvals. In September 2016 the relationship was abruptly severed and with outstanding debts, considerable damage was caused to On Your Services Co., Ltd. attributed to the business relationship. The future of On Your Services Co., Ltd is now uncertain.
