Hello all!

After a brief hiatus, there will be a menu for next week. In order to keep a good balance for me and ensure the best quality for my customers, I will be doing an abbreviated menu.

This next week, I'm bringing back some of my most popular dishes!

Phew, it's been a busy week over here! There is no menu for the week of the fourth as I spent the weekend preparing for a party Twitchell's Treats was hired to cater which was very exciting for me. The birthday boy requested a pan of the bacon mac and cheese 😂 Then mom and I planned for fried chicken, a salad and (not pictured) a few dipping sauces.

Pretty sure my house is going to smell like bacon and fried chicken forever now!

Individual turkey meatloaf, fluffy mashed potatoes, and roasted broccoli and cauliflower is up for tomorrow. I may or may not be eating the leftovers for dinner tonight 🤤

First week of lunch prep has been underway today!

This week's menu is as follows-
6th: Pasta with veggie infused red sauce.

7th: Kielbasa with potatoes and roasted mixed vegetables.

8th: Kale and potato soup (dupe of Zuppa Toscana) with dinner roll.

9th: Bibimbap with beef bulgogi, mixed vegetables, and pickled cucumber.

10th: Napa chicken salad sandwich with sliced apples and peanut butter.
