On the menu for a bridal shower last weekend: Street Corn Salad, OG Beef, Mojo Chicken, Pineapple Salsa, Chipotle Lime Sour Cream, Cilantro Rice, and a Berry Bonds Salad that just goes with everything!

Excited to say that on Tuesday I passed my 6 month health inspection with another perfect inspection! This is how my biz looks every single day. When you come in the store you’ll see it clean as can be and it will always stay that way.

Takeout Thursday is back this week with two quick heat and eat meals! City Slicker Sliders and Ya Gotta Piccata are on the menu along with Jalapeño Popper Dip as the add on. Orders are due at noon on Wednesday.

Anyone a Stuffed Banana Pepper fan?! These peppers were stuffed full of hot sausage mix and sent off to Denver, Colorado for a taste test at a local restaurant! I shipped them out with Sunday Sauce and Mozz/Provo cheese on the side so they look a little lonely in the pics 😂

The last grad party of the year was for a Slippery Rock University grad! On the menu was City Slicker Sliders, Notorious P.I.G. BBQ, Return of the Mac, Baked Potato Salad, and Jalapeno Popper Dip.

It’s been a busy summer full of graduation parties and this party had all of the grads favorite foods!

On the menu was Bruschetta Chicken, Sunday Sauce Penne, Notorious P.I.G. BBQ, Jalapeno Hannah Cornbread, Herb Roasted Reds, and Apple Cranberry Slaw.

Another event catered over the weekend was for a work party. The hostess wanted lots of appetizers/sliders so we went with Peach Pit Flatbread, City Slicker Sliders, Grape Pecan Chicken Salad Croissants, Bacon Wrapped Dates, and Green Goddess Hummus. There were Notorious P.I.G. Sliders too but someone (me) forgot to take a pic 😂

Here’s some pictures from a baby shower I catered yesterday! The soon to be Momma wanted a brunch menu and we worked together to create the perfect one!

Our menu was Frosted Flake Crusted French Toast, Gouda Tuna Croissants, BLT Quiche, Grape Pecan Chicken Salad Croissants and Berry Bonds Salad.

Pictured is another biz lunch item from this week…It’s our Chicken Parm Sangwich!

Breadcrumb crusted chicken is topped with Sunday Sauce, buffalo mozz, shredded mozz, and fresh basil on a garlic toasted hoagie roll.
I made this one in 3D so you can smell that sauce and fresh basil!

And now all you hear is them screaming “Ya Gotta Piccata…Ya Gotta Piccata!”

for Rivertowne Advisors as they celebrated their 9th anniversary! On the menu was hand cut filet, lobster tails, herb roasted red potatoes, berry bonds salad, and raspberry balsamic cheesecake.

The Merrick Art Gallery in New Brighton was the perfect venue for a wedding we catered over the weekend! On the appetizer menu was Caprese Skewers, Veggie Platter, and Fresh Fruit served in the upstairs gallery.

And on the dinner menu was Gouda Chicken, Marsala Roast Beef, Garlic Mashed Redskins, Veggie Tales Trio, and Apple Orachard Salad.

Catered another big party over the weekend for our neighbor Brooks who just turned 1! We went with baseball stadium food complete with a nacho bar that had pork carnitas, OG taco beef, pineapple avocado salsa, honey lime chipotle sour cream, nacho cheese, and jalapeños.

Rounding out the menu was Baked Potato Salad, City Slicker Sliders, and a Berry Bonds Salad of course! Happy 1st birthday Brooks!

We catered a very special grad party over the weekend at Robin Hill Park in Moon for our family babysitter!

On the menu was local Hot Sausage with Sunday Sauce, peppers and onions, Mikey T’s Meatballs, Return of the Mac, and Cajun Chicken Alfredo.

Did you know we offer menu tastings for wedding receptions? You pick a few sides and entrees to try for $15 a person and when you book your event with us, that tasting fee comes off of your invoice.

What’s better for a party than a Taco Bar?! This one featured pork carnitas, honey Chipotle sour cream, cheddar jack, chunky salsa, and cilantro lime rice. The front right is my Street Corn Salad that you can order for a side. It has roasted corn, red peppers, avocado, and feta in a cilantro lime dressing!

Homemade apps in action from the Super Bowl a few weeks ago. We ran a dip trio special with Crab Rangoon, Brookline Guido, and Jalapeño Popper. Each dip is available in half size pans that feed 10-15. We run them as add-on’s on our Case of the Mondays/Thursdays as well!
