Grilling season is right around the corner, what recipes are you wanting to try? 🍽

Slice your zucchini in half then Slice the bottom of the zucchini flat to keep it stable.
Brush both sides of the zucchini with olive oil, then add some fresh crushed garlic. Top with sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper to your liking. Top it off with both fresh mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Enjoy a very healthy, low-carb, tasty meal
