Wow it has been 3 months since we have posted anything!!

We apologize for keeping you all in suspense. Life has been pretty crazy the last few months. My day job has kept us from doing pretty much anything with Alaska Brisket Co.

We have made some progress on putting together the inside of the new trailer and hit a big milestone yesterday on the new pits we are building.

We have no clue when we will have the trailer up and operating but we do know what the primary focus is going to be.

Alaska Brisket Co is first and foremost a “Take and Bake” operation. We cook our BBQ with the intention of it to be reheated. We don’t cook it for service the next day. We will also be doing catering and then limited events where we will be out in the public operating.

That is the plan for now but ultimately this is Gods company not mine. He will do what He wills with it and it’s my job to be obedient to His will.

Hey y’all we forgot to mention we also have packs of our burgers available!!!

These are the same 1/2lb patties we served at our pop ups and you can even cook it like us too.

Simply take a thawed patty and toss it in a rippin hot cast iron or toss it on the grill. The burgers are already cooked so all you have to do is put I nice dark crust on them and toss on some cheese. 🤤

Hey thanks for being patient with us.

I took the last several weeks off to be with my family after a very very long trip to the states. I’ll make some posts to update you on our trip.

But until then I wanted to let you know we have some brisket, beef ribs, spare ribs, pulled pork, burgers, and pork belly burnt ends available for take home and reheat.

Yesterday was so much fun getting to serve with our friends over at Shake It Up BBQ & Burritos by Little Su Coffee at the 6th Annual Blueberry Ball.

Lots was learned about operating out of a trailer and we are even more stoked about our trailer being built.

We had a great turn out and sold out of everything!!!
