Testing the next generation of prospective FlyRoute drone pilots 🚁🎥🏈👨‍✈️

FlyRoute's Pilot Practical Exam ensures applicants can safely and confidently operate a drone through a wide range of tests. Applicants are required to have an active Part 107 drone pilots license and a personal DJI drone for testing. Passing applicants are then considered for a dedicated football team assignment.

The role is perfect for someone who is detail oriented, proficient at managing behind the scenes operations, and is open to an entry-level part-time seasonal contract position to start + opportunities for advancement.

The position is primarily remote with opportunities to shadow operations in person.

💥Another successful post-season drone pilot social

👏The event is used to thank our outstanding group of drone pilots for their efforts in flying safely and delivering high-quality drone film to their teams during the 2023 season.

📈 Last season, FlyRoute utilized 42 drone pilots to support 525 athletic events across 3 states.

🏆During the event, we had giveaways, announced the winner of our annual FPV contest, presentation from one of our Head Football Coaches, Coach Knoblock of Heritage Football, presentation from Adam Smith at , we shared last season recap stats, and future plans for the company.

In-game drone film is being used to deliver an entirely new experience to fans. FlyRoute has partnered with to integrate drones into online live broadcasts at high school football games, now allowing fans to experience the in-game aerial perspective from the comfort of their home.

FlyRoute's aerial film provides viewers with a one-of-a-kind overhead view. Viewers can now see perspectives similar to what you see provided with an NFL Skycam. However, the drone view is even more versatile than a Skycam because you can elect to have a tight view of the offensive and defensive line only, a wide view with all 22 players showcasing a larger area on the field, or a beauty shot view from outside of the field showcasing the entire stadium and surrounding areas. Beauty shots are terrific during sponsor breaks and transitioning in between playing action segments.
