Take a look at our first tablescape of 2024!- this one took me about 3 hours to set-up…. Yep… that long because I did it by myself! 😭💪🤣
I was a little intimidated when I found out the setup was on a Friday and for 19 people 😅 as my husband would be at work, but I told myself multiple times that I can do it— Even if it takes me a bit longer to finish up.
The tables were a bit heavy to carry and I’m surprised I got them inside the house. Even my husband (when he helped me break everything down) said that he was proud of me for carrying these myself💪🙌🥹
Aside from that, everything else went very smooth- my client Komal was awesome (when are my clients not?!) and she was excited to see the final result - as was I 🤪
I wanted to share this because many times I have felt not capable of doing certain things/projects because they seemed daunting, and something that I like to do is check on awesome women entrepreneurs who are killing it and they’re doing these awesome things by themselves— no husband, no help from anybody else, just them. I am so grateful that I do have an amazing husband who helps me out when he can and when he’s not able to, I know I’ve got it. With a little determination and self-belief, you can do awesome, beautiful things 🤍
