This past weekend officially wrapped up weddings for Kayla Marie Events!
As it is sad to close this chapter of my life with the work that has gone into this company, it is also exciting as I venture into a new season of clinical mental health counseling.
I graduate in December with my master’s degree and will pursue being a therapist full time.
Thank you to all the couples, vendors, and families for making Kayla Marie Events successful. It has been a honor and blessing to be entrusted with the logistics of many beautiful wedding days and to spend little moments with each couple behind the scenes. I am closing this chapter with some of the best memories that I will carry with me!

After helping many brides with their dream days, it was amazing to have my own dream wedding day! Every moment was incredible, and it was the best day of my life.
Over the last month, I have taken time away to focus on my wedding, new marriage, and honeymoon!
Now I am back in office and working on getting back to all my emails and inquiries!

Want a tip?
Buy some unique shaped vases at a thrift store or other places and spray paint them to coordinate to your color scheme!

WEDDING TIP…

Detail pictures are so elegant, and it is important to make sure that you are prepared ahead of time for them. We recommend to have a set aside bag with the items inside!

Many photographers prefer to shoot pictures of details first. So, the details bag can be made in advance to make this process as smooth as possible✨

Here are some items we suggest to put in the bag:

•Wedding invitation & envelope
•Wedding rings (engagement and bands)
•Ring boxes
•Watch
•Jewelry (earrings, necklace, bracelets,)
•Shoes
•Hair accessories
•Perfume
•Tie/bow tie
•Letter to fiancé on wedding day
•Ribbon that matches wedding color
•Anything unique to you and your relationship

*The boutonniere and bouquet will need to be added the day of which a coordinator can oversee.

Having a planner can be beneficial in this area because the planner can work with you to make your wedding detail visions come to life!

Having a coordinator will also help this process by making sure the photographer has all that is needed and all items are returned to the right people/places🤍

This was such a fun wedding to coordinate! When the bridesmaid bouquets were not being used for centerpieces, it was a sweet touch to add them to the cake table! We will always help you make the most of your florals!
