Last month’s Black & Brown & New In Town Happy Hour was a total lituation!!! 🔥🔥🔥 We had an after-party and an after-after-party! My 30’s+ behind was so tired, but it was such a blast! Introducing your host/founder! Welcome to my new events page. My name is Ashley, and I am so pumped to host fun events for BIPOC here in Austin! I am originally from Minneapolis where I co-founded a successful networking group called Twin Cities Professionals of Color (Twin Cities Professionals of Color and Twin Cities Professionals of Color Events). What started with just my brother and me and a facebook group transformed into a community with over 2600 members, monthly events, and more friendships and job opportunities than you can count! It is still in operation today due to my dedicated board members!!! Through this experience, I discovered a passion for event planning and have heard from multiple Austin friends that this city needs something similar.
