We got three more calls for shows over the weekend. We booked the first 5 Halloween shows back in July. This is going to be our busiest October ever beating out last year by 10 shows. But it's not too late we still have some open spots on the calendar.

Wrapping up the busiest week of show bookings we've ever had. 13/18 Halloween shows booked this week, the other 5 started coming in JUNE!!! We're all ready for it to NOT be 100° at 9PM! We still have plenty of open shows and every year we are working 6 or 7 nights a week during Halloween!!

Happy 50th Texas Chainsaw Massacre to those who celebrate. We just booked 3 more Halloween themed shows in the last 24 hours. While all dates are still open it's only a matter of time when we're fully booked on the most popular nights. Everyone is ready for it to NOT be 100° at 9PM. ACT FAST.

We usually don't see Halloween requests come in until September. But all these came in during July. Don't wait until it's too late, October is our busiest month when we're typically fully booked 20 out of 31 nights.

We'll make a sizable donation to one of Paul Rubens charities every time a community asks to watch this movie with us.

As an X-ennial child of the 80s there was no greater force in our lives than Paul Rubens. We can remember the first time seeing P*e Wee's Big Adventure and the absolute joy it created. We can also remember the first time seeing The P*e Wee Herman Show on HBO and knowing this was not meant for us kids even tho we didn't fully get the jokes.
He's got some very big shoes to fill. And some giant underpants as well.

Last Friday we returned to thanks to our friends at !!! Anna provided the refreshments and had some sweet prizes for the residents that signed up for wicked fast internet!!! Will be back to Landmark very soon, what do you think we should watch for Halloween???

We already booked our first Halloween show for 2023 but it's not too late to get a summertime movie at the pool for your community! Have you seen this dog? He has NO EYES docked tail and ears. Lost near Linder Elementary School and Mable Davis Park early Sunday morning. We have no leads right now and we've checked every place IRL and online.

Maybe at this point someone picked him up but thinks because he doesn't have eyes that he was abused. He's missed by his family and needs to go home.

Catalina Drive-In started in October 2020 as a fun/safe way to stay connected with friends. Coincidentally we will have our 100th show Halloween weekend! To celebrate our anniversary and this milestone we're hosting a party at the ORIGINAL Catalina Drive-In. We want to thank all of our amazing community partners. We literally couldn't do this without you and while there are far too many to name individually we do want to say thanks to everyone at thank you so much!!! This started in the backyard at and it's an honor you welcome us into your backyard to spread joy and make memories.

We're hiring ahead of our busiest season of the year

It's ~30 minutes setting up a PA/Projector, a brief MC spiel and then watch a movie, and ~30 packing up when it's over. It's the easiest side-hustle you could imagine and tons of fun. Plus we have nifty work-shirts. We're pretty busy now but October is our busiest month and need 2-3 good people to get through the Halloween season.
