Reservations
We encourage all customers to place orders at least TWO WEEKS prior to your event date. Any reservations made after this recommended time are subject to availability and may be subject to addition
al fees. Payment
Piece by Piece Linen requires a 50% Non-Refundable deposit with a major credit card when the linens are reserved. This deposit secures your linen for the requested date. All credit card information will remain on file until items are returned back and Piece by Piece approve your return. No checks will be accepted later than 14 days prior to pick up or delivery date. All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service fee. Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders can be cancelled at any time; however the 50% deposit required to reserve your linens in Non-refundable. If full payment is received and the entire order is cancelled for any reason 50% of the total will be refunded. Any order changes made less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up or delivery date will be charged a $20.00 service fee. Changes include additions, subtractions or color. There is no credit for unused linen. Purchase Linen
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on purchased linen. Please make sure all sizes and colors are correct before ordering. Dye Lots
Dye lots vary for several reasons. Linens are purchased from different vendors and added at different time. Also some pieces are laundered more than others. We do make every attempt to make sure the shades match as best as possible. Replacement Charges
If any linen is not returned, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning, a replacement fee would be charged in addition to the rental fee. The customer is responsible for all items listed on the invoice at all times. Any loss which occurs at the customer’s facility or while in their possession will be the customer’s responsibility. Customer Pick Up & Returns
Linens rented for a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday event are DUE BACK ON FRIDAY. Linens rented for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday Event is DUE BACK ON MONDAY. Late returns must have verbal approval. Linens can be returned between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:30pm. . Linens not returned by this time will be considered late and will be charged a second rental fee. Each order that is being picked up by the customer will have their order counted and checked by a Piece by Piece employee prior to the order leaving the premises. The customer is required to sign a receipt of rental. The return date is noted on the invoice. Upon the order being returned a Piece by Piece employee will check in and count the order. If the customer or their representative is unable to wait for the return count, the customer may sign a return waiver which specifies all counts taken by Piece by Piece are true and accurate. How to Return Linen
We are not responsible for any property returned to us that does not belong to us. We agree that we will not keep any property knowingly, but ultimately it is not our responsibility. Please make sure linen is dirt, food free and fold and placed by back in boxes left. All sashes knot free, additional fee of $30.00 for unfolded/unseparated linen. Credit Card Authorization
I authorize Piece by Piece, to charge the credit card provided for rentals including any additional rental, replacement, or bounced check fees. Customer’s signature acknowledges the above guidelines and policies and agrees to abide to the requirements stated above.
