Can I rent the pool and whirlpool bath ? Yes, book now for immediate reservation. Are liquor and ticket sales allowed? Absolutely no ticket and liquor sales are allowed as this will lead to the loss of your deposit. What is the venue rental rate? The rate to hold the venue for a basic event is $1,100 which provides you with an 6 hour reservation between the hours of 11am-6pm. The venue allows for an hour set up prior to your guest arriving, and an hour break down time post event. Do you have an hourly rate? Yes there is a 4 hour minimum for hourly events. Please contact us for more details. Where are you located? Baltimore Maryland in Hamilton neighborhood, less than 2 miles from Morgan State University campus. What is the capacity? The max capacity of the space is 30 guests
Can I bring a DJ? No, however there are speakers located pool side for music enjoyment. What hours are available? The venue is only available for bookings that take place between 11am-6pm

Do you have a bathroom on site? Yes there is an indoor bathroom. Do you have a grill? Yes there is a 4 burner stainless steel gas grill. See Rental add on’s for further details. Is there parking available? Yes, the property has a private driveway that can fit two Standard SUV’s and up to 4 compact cars. The neighborhood also has substantial street parking. What if it rains on the day of my event? A full refund will be provided within 24 hours notice of rain or thunderstorms. Can I bring children? Yes children are allowed at the venue under adult supervision. Can I smoke onsite? The venue has ashtrays for use where needed. Can I bring alcoholic beverages? Yes
Can I sell tickets to the location? No ticket sales are allowed for the venue and will lead to the loss of deposit.
