Last week's "Mission Impossible" inspired party was a huge hit. Even our specialty drinks were in disguise. Bartenders created a clarified margarita with large square ice cube, we created the water-filled drink sign.

We took to a new level at our our recent "Mission Impossible" party. Professional actors did demos for guests then taught them how to throw a choreographed punch for the camera. We captured these shots for a large screen near the center bar.

So, I grew up in New Jersey and attended Robert Frost Elementary School. This is where I learned to love poetry, "Stopping by Woods on A Snowy Evening" ….and even was selected to read the poem on the loudspeaker when I was in second grade!

For a recent private dinner event I wanted to create a "walk through the snow" menu design, found this artwork and was helped by the designers at .

Special events are a form of art and even after many years, I still love to do what I do....

For a ski-themed fondue station we created cozy decor including faux fur, "sweater" vases filled with silver berries and lit twigs. A fragrant "fireside" scented candle set the scene.

“Come Fly With Me”… For a “New Year’s Eve” around the world theme - we created a airline themed entrance for guests. Champagne with Passport cocktail napkins and a “runway” entrance complete with Valet attendants dressed in airport gear.

For a recent hospital gala we created three different table designs. One featured frontline team members’ photographs and florals inside the vases.

This past weekend we used a hotel’s existing illuminated back bar to create a “Thank You” display with lucite color photos of hospital team members. This area was staffed with “flair”bartenders making specialty cocktails with branded “toppers” for donations.
