Challenging your design skills should always be front of mind! 2024 is the year of rose-less bouquets (unless specifically requested) 🏵️

For years, I’ve used a 5 rose base on almost every single bouquet. Were they stunning, YES but they were also super heavy. This year, I’ve been pushing past that comfort zone and using different ingredients in each bouquet.

I’m thrilled with the results. This bouquet is made of tulips, Clooney ranunculus, butterfly ranunculus and hellebore. I’m pushing my recipes into the essentials of good fresh ingredients, just like Italian cooking 🍝🍝

Our studio move and renovations begin on Thursday!! I’m so excited for a change of scenery and getting to design a new space.

I thank you all for your patience and find some BTS on my story the next couple of weeks!!

My husband is going to be taking over my old studio. will now have a permanent home and there will be a shop for all his ceramic creations coming very soon!

My studio move is to make the flowering life slightly easier! No more stairs, way more counter and sink space, easy load-in/load-out, photography backdrops and styling spaces!

I broke the biggest wedding vendor rule this year…. and it’s completely changed the way I look at my career.

I removed my minimum spend! I took away our 10k minimum. I know, so many industries pros are going to think I’m off the rails but it’s been an incredible decision for me, here’s why:

🌸 Potential clients can confidently inquire. If they like my work, they’re welcome. No more gatekeeping.

🌸 It allows me to work with clients that have intimate counts or different floral needs. To be honest with you, that’s what I really wanted this year to be about.

🌸 MY INBOX HAS BEEN FLOODED WITH INCREDIBLE VISIONS! It’s been refreshing and FUN!

🌸 It’s reminding me of how excited this industry is and just how much creativity and love is out there. Im invested in these visions. I’m here to evoke emotion, transform spaces, and create lasting memories. This is not just a job, it is a passion.

I’ve been building the career of my dreams and here’s a few things to remember throughout the process: 1. Do it on your terms! I’ve taken my time and honestly if I could do it all over again, I would take it slow and know that I have limits. 2. Don’t compare yourself to others. They are on their own journey and you’re not the same 3. Be open to opportunities, experience, education, and people in your field. This will change your world. 4. Know when to say NO 5. Pushing yourself to be the best you can be. This means in all aspects not just the careers side of things. Your health and personal life equally important. 6. Knowing when to spend and when to save

It’s a great time to get on the books for 2024! Be it an intimate wedding, dinner party, gala, stunning shower or just because, consider us your go to. 2023 brought so many incredible memories. We cannot wait for what 2024 has in store! I can say, the events on the books are pretty magical 🖤 This stunning wedding was from this past September. Jess and Ben celebrated at @chicagoyachtclub captured by @mari.trancoso Jess and Ben’s wedding was not only beautiful but extremely special to me. The two of them are high school sweetheart. The very special part is that Jess and I go way back! From working the same after school jobs to 7am Stats classes. Jess is this ray of sunshine, lighting up every room she walks into. The two of us would talk about boys while selling shoes after school. I would hear all about her incredible boyfriend and how in love with him she was. Years down the line that never changed. They are two beautiful souls whose love is strong and unparalleled.
