Enjoy this stress-free and pleasant process leading to the most wonderful day of your life. Design Your Wedding, Your Way. With great pricing and a variety of incredible packages, we make it easy to create your dream wedding entirely unique to your budget. Step One: Choose Your Wedding Venue. This is the best part. Set in the beautiful Window Cliff Valley, choose from our cozy outdoor patio-deck, a rustic barn complete with modern touches, and an outdoor, vintage pergola complete with live-edge slab benches. Step Two: Customize Your Package. Our four wedding packages can be fully customized. When you tour, we will create a custom package that fits your vision and budget. Step Three: Select A Season And Day Of The Week. Our prices depend on the season, the day of the week, and the crowd size. We will present it to you so that you can make the right decision for your vision and budget. Thus, you can choose a date for savings or go all out for your special day. Step Four: Each package can be paid in full, or a payment plan of three payments. If payment plan is chosen, full payment must be made at least one week before wedding. Classic Package: This package includes all of the necessary essentials, standard components, with a team of wedding experts to help throughout the process for your wedding, your way. It is excellent for couples seeking an amazing celebration at an affordable price. The Classic Package reserves three hours of event time, typically a ceremony, meal, and reception. Tables and chairs, setup and cleanup are included when you book. $1, 899 when you book with the Venue in the Valley. $500 non-refundable deposit. Build Your Own Package: This package is a beautiful blank slate for a creative couple. We provide the venue, grounds, and a list of vendors – or use your own - and expert planners to help you customize to your desire and budget. The package includes tables, chairs, and all standard party essentials such as linens, utensils, etc. It’s the canvas for you to paint your own special day. If this is your desire, then the Build Your Own Package is for you. $1, 800 base price. $750 non-refundable deposit. Premier Package: For the couple who wants it all at an affordable price. With our Premier Package, you join our family of wedding experts who will walk with you every step of the way. This package covers all the essentials for your most important day at the Venue in the Valley. This package covers four hours at the venue, including the ceremony, and reception, use of the bar cart, vendors, tables, chairs, plates, glasses, chargers, flatware, serving pieces, set-up, and cleanup. $5, 800. $1, 500 non-refundable deposit. Elite Package: This package includes it all ! These four hours are for your big day It should be just about you. At the Venue in the Valley we make sure it really is, by providing all the essential services you need: tables, chairs, glassware, china, silverware, chargers, warming dishes, signs, large selection of décor, Sit back, enjoy the journey, as we handle all the details from entertainment, cake, florals, hair, makeup, set-up, and cleanup, etc. Everything we have is yours to use. Located within the heart of Burgess Falls and Window Cliffs State Natural Area, with their beautiful water falls, and hiking trails, the Venue in the Valley also has overnight lodging on site with three Airbnb rentals.
