I know we have disappeared for quite some time but all for good reasons!
We have finally welcomed our last little one into our family!
That being said I will be getting back at it and rolling some dough for y'all 😋🥨

Top Knot is still here and baking!

Spending some quality time with family when I can and making memories with the kiddos!

I just wanted to let everyone know we are still around! 👋
My kitchen was undergoing some renovations shutting us down for pretzels for a few weeks BUT I will be at the Fauquier Livestock Exchange with Blue Pig BBQ on Saturday morning selling individual pretzels with cheese sauce on the side. So come on out and grab a warm pretzel and a BBQ sandwich!

Happy 4th everyone!

I just wanted to reach out and tell everyone a little about me since I have had an overwhelming amount of support over the last few days!

My name is Katy 👋 I am local to the Warrenton/Bealeton area. I am a Mom of 1 firecracker and 2 amazing bonus kiddos💛 I also have a full time weekday job. My other half and I just bought our first house together which where he also has his side hustle. What were we thinking having 4 jobs between the 2 of us!? 🫣 but we wouldn’t have it any other way

I have always dreamed of owning small business simply because I find it rewarding and who can turn down some side hustle!?

I grew up in the catering world with my grandmother and parents, so food is what I know!
I honestly don’t have some grand story about how pretzels became to be the item of choice other than I just love soft pretzels! And there is no where really to get one around here! (I have always been bummed since Auntie Ann’s closed down years ago 😢) So I decided to fix that problem!

Since I am a Mom and Employee, at this time I can only fill orders on the weekends and my facility allows a max of 5 orders per weekend.
I hope to have a bigger kitchen location in the future to serve my customers better! 🤞
