A little glimpse into the day of a florist 🌸🚗

One of my favorite parts of this job is never quite knowing where the next delivery is going to take me. Some days it’s a hospital or an office… and other days my GPS sends me down a gravel road and under a bridge like this. 😂

Also, if you’ve ever wondered why my car is always dirty—here is Exhibit A. 🤦🏼‍♀️

But I have to admit, I get to see some pretty neat places while delivering flowers all over our little corner of Ohio. ❤️🌿

Maybe I need to start sharing more of the things I see on my delivery routes!

There’s something about waking up to the sound of thunder rolling in the distance and rain falling outside. ⛈️🌧️

After so many hot summer days, mornings like this feel like a little gift — not only for me, but for the flower garden too. While I’m inside listening to the storm, I can almost picture every flower outside soaking up the rain and getting the deep drink it’s been needing.

Growing flowers has made me appreciate the weather in a completely different way. The sunshine brings the blooms, but mornings like this are just as important. Sometimes everything needs a good soaking, a slower morning, and a chance to simply grow. 🌸

So today, I’m enjoying the thunder, listening to the rain, and letting Mother Nature take care of the watering for me. 🤍
