Endicott Dance Group (EDGE) is a student-run club at Endicott College that offers performance opportunities for dancers/choreographers and is open to all styles of dance!

I’ve been dancing for 15 years and was heavily involved in the dance program at Endicott from being a part of the Repertory Dance Ensemble and Edge for all 4 years. I was treasurer of Edge my junior year and became President my senior year :) . I was a Dance Minor so I even took multiple dance classes on top of my involvement. I still take dance classes today and have even started auditioning professionally. Since graduating in 2023, I now use my Exercise Science major and Dance Minor background for my new job as a Stretch Therapist! I’m super excited to teach a class! Wow. Last weekend we put on our spring 2024 showcase, and wow. Our 67 members (+ 3 special guest performers🤍) rallied for 2 shows in 1 day. Everyone put in ALL their energy, and it SHOWED. This was one of our best semesters yet - thank you to all our dancers, choreographers, attendees, Nikki & Mish, photographers, and everyone else who helps us keep going every year. Completely in awe of every single one of you. Stay tuned for more photos (including our finale number!!!)🤩🤩

And finally is Emily Tanzella, a senior liberal arts major! Emily will be choreographing a jazz piece with musical theater influence😁😁 She has been teaching dance for the last 3 years AND has choreographed 3 musicals, but we are lucky to have her for the first time choreographing for EDGE🌟Emily wants to share with you: “I am excited to be choreographing for EDGE for the first time, and I can’t wait to share my passion for dance with you💚💙”

First up we have Mia Ray, a sophomore early childhood education major!! She will be choreographing lyrical this semester😊 She has choreographed in the past, but this will be her first semester choreographing for EDGE. She is so excited to dance with all of you! A message from her: “This semester will be a learning process for all of us and I’m so excited to have fun and get to know every wonderful human in my dance!!”

MEET THE EBOARD🩵💚

Last but not least we have Anna Murray, our EDGE president!! This is Anna’s 5th semester in EDGE and first year as president and she is SO excited!😁😁 She is a junior from Roosevelt, NJ, and is majoring in education with a minor in dance. Her favorite styles of dance are contemporary and jazz. In her free time she likes to read and go shopping! A fun fact about her is that she is studying abroad in Perugia, Italy this semester😊 She will still be around to answer questions, so feel free to contact her!!

MEET THE EBOARD🩵💚

Next up we have Nicole Olszewski, our EDGE vice president!! Her hometown is Brewster, NY, and she’s a senior interior architecture major! She has been in EDGE for 4 semesters and she is so very excited to be VP for our club😊😊 Her favorite style of dance is hip hop, but she’s taken classes in almost everything since she was a little girl. In her free time she likes to draw/paint/color, read, and travel (she went abroad last fall and HIGHLY recommends😉). She also loves hanging with friends & family too! Her fun fact is that she loovveeees sushi!!!!😋 She really can’t wait to get to know all of you, as she will be stepping in for our president who will be abroad in the fall. Don’t hesitate to reach out for anything - she’ll be there!!
