The expo is this Sunday from Noon to 5pm at the Monroe County Convention Center. Received a call from Jeff Mease at One World Enterprise interested in showing the tenting possibilities at The Bloomington Chamber of Commerce meeting held at The Woolery Mill June 15th. We are always excited to work with this amazing venue and to be a part of their events. Of course the food was fabulous and the floor was busy.
We used a 40 x 60 open span frame with a soft pillow liner. The look was stunning and added 2400 square feet to the event space.

A beautiful wedding at The Parmenter Farm.
With bad weather forecasted, we used a set up that allowed the ceremony to be transitioned to the cocktail tent quickly if need be and added a 10x50 marque entrance to protect the guest from the weather as they made their way to the reception. Fortunately, the storm passed and the wedding was held as originally planned.
The cocktail tent we used was an open span structure complete with a pillow ceiling liner, leg drapes and a chandelier. Our floor length linens, wedding white padded chairs along with a leather white couch and velvet chairs from The Best Is Yet To Be Rentals provided a comfortable environment for the guests.
The reception tent was another open span with a clear top and custom lighting kit. Our farm tables used were hand crafted in Brown County Indiana and guests were seated on our dark crossback french country chairs. Beautiful florals provided by Cathy Teeters Beautiful Weddings & Events, put the event over the top. The event was coordinated by Ashley Hawkins who ran the day seamlessly. We appreciate all of the vendors who worked with us to create such a beautiful life event for Josh and Sarah Gamble.
