Even though this weekend is SummerSlam the match I am looking forward to the most is:

Ivan Litvinovich Vs. Aliaksei Shostak

In USA Men's Olympic Trampoline!

Ivan Litvinovich of Belarus is the current reigining, defending, Olympic Gold Medal Champion having defeated my favortie Olympic Trampolinist of all time D**g D**g at the Tokyo 2020 games. (I was there in London 2012 when D**g D**g of China won the gold!). Anyway, because Belarus is banned from the Olympics due to it's support of Russia's brutal war against Ukraine, Ivan will compete as an "Individual Neutral Athlete."

I predict he will take Gold again.

In his way, US Olympian Aliaksei Shostak of Lafayette, La. who took 13th in Tokyo. He is the son of Belarusian Olympian Aleksandr Shostak. And in Tokyo he failed qualify for the final.

Things do not loook good for the USA's chances for Olympic Gold on the trampoline, but at least we will be represented, unlike Belarus who kind of but not really will be there.

But my money is on China, having won 14 of the 36 Olympic Trampoline medals, including four gold, since the sport was introduced at Sydney 2000. Langyu Yan , coached by D**g D**g, head coach of the National team, is considered #1 in the world. Followed closely by Dylan Schmidt of New Zealand.

China for some reason is allowed 2 contestants. So don't count out Zisai Wang.

And of course for entertainment, we have Benny Wizani of New Zealand, who basically treats the game like a free vacation / world tour of his band.

In Women's tampoline, Keep an eye on Bryony Page

Having missed London 2012 due to illness and injury issues, Page became the first Team GB trampolinist to win an Olympic medal with a superb silver at Rio 2016. She fell to Bronze at Tokyo 2020 and is looking to compete her Trifecta with Gold, but in her way, of course, are the Chinese, who again get 2 spots.

It all takes place Friday August 2nd (I should have went to Paris and instead I will be in Cleveland):

Tim Snow has resided in Boca Raton since 1958 when his family relocated to Boca Raton from Western Pennsylvania. He attended and graduated from Boca Raton High School in 1974 followed by his graduation from Marion Military Institute in Alabama. Under Tim’s leadership, the George Snow Scholarship Fund has been recognized as one of the most respected non-profit organizations in South Florida. Tim’s vision for the Fund included not only providing scholarships but also the development of scholar support programs and services created to ensure the success of the scholars including pre-college physicals, laptops for each scholar and a high school to college transition program.

Jay joined the George Snow Scholarship Fund as the Vice President of Development in January of 2023, after a successful showing at Boca’s Ballroom Battle. Previously, Jay was the Executive Director at St. Jude Catholic Church & School in Boca Raton. He oversaw all development, marketing and personnel for the church, as well as development for the school.

After that we return to the VIP Ballroom for the 3rd time for a BRCW Chanukah Special, called The Festival of Fights!

In 2025, we hope you join us in Miami and go Cruisin’ for a Bruisin’ as we return to the Pullman Miami Airport, a BRCW favorite venue.

And then back to The Studio at Mizner Park for Challenge Accepted!!!!
