Meet our newest addition Dixie! Dixie's days of cruisin' the US and haulin' around the fam are over. She's an empty nester and ready to fly the coop and P-A-R-T-Y! She's ready to live the retired life of party hoppin', crashin' weddings and making memories!

Dixie is a 1959 leisure camper trailer which is now a fully functioning mobile bar on wheels servicing Boise, Idaho and surrounding areas. Inside there is a three tap draft system which allows us to serve your favorite bubbles on draft. Pair that with our TIPS certified bar staff who are known to create some divine cocktails and you've got the right ingredients to create an unforgettable party!

Bartending services provided by Idaho Tipsy Trailers. Beer, wine and liquor services provided by The Tower Grill in Nampa, Idaho. Alcohol services are fully insured and licensed to ensure that your next event meets not only your venue's requirements, but city and state requirements as well.

I made it through another round of the Bar Boss Competition! Now I need to place in the Top 5 out of my group to advance! It seems like such small thing but each vote really does mean something to me and truly matters!

Searching for licensed and insured mobile bar services for your Christmas party, wedding or next big event? Tilly the Tipsy Trailer is here to help!

In partnership with our Alcohol Service Provider, The Tower Grill, we offer licensed and insured alcohol catering services and would love to help you out with your big day!

We of course have our lovely trailer Tilly, but we also have a vintage beverage cart and a satellite bar that rolls right into any venue or setting. Or if your venue has their own venue we’d be happy to setup shop there!

After planning a wedding through 2020/2021 when it came to the final couple of weeks and day-of we had truly run out of steam and that is exactly where Lindsey came in and picked up all the pieces and made sure we had the most amazing wedding. In addition to the all the prep work she did in the weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure all of our vendors were aligned she absolutely blew us away on the day of the event. The only way to describe what she did is magic, she handled every potential wedding-day mishap quickly, professionally, and with grace. The only thing certain about any event is that no matter how much you plan ahead of time, things WILL go wrong on the day-of and what you truly need is someone who will take care of those things before you even know they happened and that is exactly what Lindsey did for us. “Lindsey, the owner, is the absolute best in the west. She uses a great supply company with several different and unique options, in addition to domestic beers. You name it, she’s got it! Liquor, mixed drinks, margaritas, cider, beer, seltzers, and more! Not only does she have a super cute set up and wide selection of booze, she’s also a wedding coordinator too. We didn’t even ask her to, let alone know she was a coordinator, but she jumped right in for us after learning that ours didn’t show up. She does a fantastic job at it too! She made our day flow so smoothly. Come to find out, she was also the coordinator for my brother’s wedding too. She is wonderful. Can’t recommend this woman enough!”
