We just had to share!

To all of our Friends at PO Square,

School is out for the summer and we are officially closed for in-store shopping at our Boston Stand until September, but don't fear! 🌞 We are excited to offer special pick-up hours throughout the month of July. 📅

We will be taking preorders through our newly set-up order site, offering a select set of some of our most popular weekly offerings. Please note that on these days, we will not be setting up our normal flower stand. We will be strictly fulfilling preorder pick-ups and will not be able to take same-day orders. We will be sending weekly reminders to order via email and on our instagram (https://www.instagram.com/jaynesflowers/?hl=en) in case you happen to forget.

Our pick-up hours are as follows:

Tuesday, July 2nd: 4 PM - 6 PM
Thursday, July 11th: 4 PM - 6 PM
Thursday, July 18th: 4 PM - 6 PM
Thursday, July 25th: 4 PM - 6 PM

If you have any trouble with the website or if you wish to special order an arrangement, please feel free to give us a call 📞, and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

We will still be offering our usual delivery service 🚚 in and around the greater Boston area Monday through Friday for any of your delivery needs.

As this is a new system, there may be some hiccups along the way. We appreciate your patience as we work out the kinks. 🙏 Please reach out with any questions or issues that may arise.

Summer Schedule/Holiday Closures

Dear Valued Customers,

We hope this message finds you well. We have a few important updates regarding our flower shop operations over the summer months. 🌷

🛑 Holiday Closure:
Our shop will be closed from July 3rd through July 7th. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we take this time to recharge. 🌴

🌞 Summer Shop Schedule:
Starting in July, we will be operating under our summer schedule. Please take note of the new hours for our Belmont and Boston locations:

📍 Belmont Location Summer Hours for July:

- Monday: 10 AM - 2 PM
- Tuesday - Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM

📍 Boston Location:

The Boston location will be closed for in-store shopping. However, we will offer special preorder pick-up hours as follows:

We know how easy it is for this special week to sneak up on you, so we wanted to send you a friendly reminder to help you plan ahead (even if flowers aren't on your radar). 😉
If you're thinking about sending flowers, we've got some helpful tips and updates for you:

🌷 Ordering Tips:

First and foremost, make sure your recipient will be there to receive the flowers! Many workplaces are still operating on hybrid schedules, so it's always a good idea to double-check their availability. The more info you can provide us, the smoother the delivery process will be!

Similarly, please provide us with the most direct contact number for your recipient when placing your order. This helps us navigate any security or receiving protocols in place, ensuring your flowers are delivered promptly and with a smile. 😊

🌺 Boston Stand Options:

For our friends in Boston, we'll be holding down the fort at our usual spot in Post Office Square from Tuesday to Thursday, 11 AM to 6 PM. Swing by to grab one of our delightful mixed bouquets or a convenient grab-and-go vase arrangement for same-day purchase! While we're stocking up extra for Administrative Professional's Week, supplies are limited on setup days. If you'd like to reserve something special for pickup, give our store a call directly, and we'll make sure it's ready and waiting for you.

We have a quick Valentine's Day update to share in light of the impending snow storm - we have elected to continue to offer delivery for tomorrow, February 13th on our website in order to ensure that you can get your blooms to you without having to brave the snow. Please note: if you are ordering delivery to a business for tomorrow, please ensure that they will be open amid the snowstorm in order to receive the flowers.

In addition, we have pre-order pickup options available in Belmont for Valentine's Day on our website subject to availability so we encourage early ordering!

For those who prefer in-person shopping, we have extended hours in both locations with a variety of Valentine's Day offerings available for purchase

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and here at Jayne's Flowers, we are buzzing with excitement! We have been working tirelessly to create stunning floral arrangements that will surely sweep your loved ones off their feet. We have some updates and reminders to share to ensure the holiday goes as smoothly as possible.

Pre-ordering open through the weekend!

💖 As always, pre-ordering is strongly encouraged to ensure you get design you wish for your Valentine. We have implemented a two-day rolling cutoff meaning the last day to order for Valentine's Day is Sunday night at midnight. Please note that same-day delivery and/or pick-up won't be offered from February 10th to February 14th.

A curated selection of bouquets, plants, and gifts will be available for in-store shopping. Availability may vary throughout the week, so feel free to stop in and browse our selection.

Check off the one task your admins can't take care of for you this year!

Administrative Professional's Day is Wednesday, April 26th and there is still time to place a flower order. We will be accepting delivery orders as late as we can but we will be unable to guarantee same day delivery next week so if you are hoping to send flowers, please take a minute and place your order today!

We will have a limited selection of hand-tied bouquets and vase arrangements available for purchase at our Boston stand on a first come, first served bases.

If you wish to place a pre-order for pick up at our Boston location for Wednesday, April 26th or Thursday, April 27th, you must call our shop directly to place your order. You can reach us at 617-993-3641.
If we are unable to take your call please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

PLEASE NOTE: All delivery orders will be delivered during normal business hours and generally are out for delivery by the late morning. We are unable to guarantee custom orders or specific delivery times given in the notes section of online delivery orders. If you would like to place a custom order, time sensitive delivery order or large (over 3 arrangements) order, please call or email us ([email protected]) directly and we will try our best to accommodate your requests!

Happy 4th of July weekend, friends! We have some holiday and summer updates to share:
- Our Boston location will be closed as of July 1 for our summer schedule, reopening in September. Pop by today for our last Boston day until the fall! We’re here until 6pm. We will still be offering Boston deliveries during this time.
- The Belmont store will be CLOSED on Saturdays beginning July 1 for the summer. We will be open our usual hours Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm.
- We will be CLOSED during the month of August for our summer holiday and will reopen the week of September 5.

A friendly reminder to acknowledge the administrative professionals in your life!

Administrative Professional's week is fast approaching, It is a week in which we acknowledge the hard work of those who make our lives both inside and outside the office that much more manageable. This holiday tends to be one that sneaks up and we wanted to send you a little reminder so you can plan accordingly (even if you are not sending flowers!).

If you are considering sending flowers there are a few updates and considerations we would like to share with you.

Ordering tips

Although many people are returning back to the office, hybrid schedules are still a very big part of many people's work schedules. With this in mind, it is always a good idea to check and make sure the recipients are scheduled to be in when sending to an office. We always do our best due diligence when delivering to businesses but the more information you can provide to us the better we can ensure your gifts are delivered and received!

On a similar note, please make sure you are providing the most direct contact number for the recipient when placing your order. Businesses have numerous different security and receiving protocols and we can not always deliver the arrangement directly to the recipient in person. A direct contact number allows whomever may be making the delivery the ability to get in contact with the recipient, if necessary, so your flowers are delivered promptly.

Boston Stand Options

We will be set up in Boston at our usual Post Office Square location on Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM to 6 PM. We will be making a variety of mixed bouquet and grab and go vase arrangements for same day purchase. Although we will be making extra in anticipation for Administrative Professional's week, supplies are limited on the days we set up. If you would like to reserve a piece for pick up in our Boston location, please call our store directly to place your order and we can have it available for you to pick up when we are there.
