I joined the photography club at work and I started to listen to the speakers and really pay attention. The speakers talked about the items I had no idea about- F stops, apertures, ISO’s, lighting, etc… so many details I had to learn about my new interest and so folks that is the very moment when my life as a photographer began. I sought out a mentor within the group and he told me what lens to bu
y and what editing software to purchase and within that next month I received my first paying gig. My areas of focus are broad just like my interests in life. I absolutely love pin up and bo***ir photography – I have to say I owe it all to my first pin up session! Pin up is an art form that I have been studying for a few years – it is all about the posing – point those toes ladies and practice your vowel sounds! I enjoy engagement photography because I am a Libra and I love to love and capturing the love people have on camera makes for a great day. I haven’t had the privy to shoot a wedding (yet), but I know my first one will be amazing. I enjoy maternity and the newborn photography – I never had the opportunity to capture those moments on camera myself and I feel it is a momentous moment in ones life and it should be captured on camera. If you have seen any of my work, you might have noticed I enjoy taking pictures of feet – let your feet do the talking. I am sure you don’t normally think of your feet when you think of body language, but they tell a story of their own and that is why I love them. I love making props, studying other photographer’s techniques and coming up with my own twist on existing Pinterest inspirations. Yes, Pinterest inspires me too – daily!
