Test of the arm mechanics and support system. So far so good. Arms need to be shortened a smidge but I am super excited.

How to repurpose a backpack 101. Leg braces for a costume that will be heavy as s**t make straps into a leg harness and D rings will be used to support the legs. 🙂 still not saying what it is.

So the next costume begins. I am not spoiling what my little brother is going to be yet but those shoulder pads are going to be doing a lot of supporting. 🙂 also to whoever donated this and the other two kids dress forms to my local thrift store your incredible. This dummy and the one of my other little brother have been free floating and frustrating to work with. I took out the stuffing and inserted the upper half of the form. Now he stands tall an proud. So much easier to work with. I am so excited.

It’s an incredible thing to concoct something that no one can see, and bring it to life. Slowly but surely it comes to life. Taking on a shape and space of its own. Soon able to tell it’s own story. And maybe inspire others.

There's so much I want to do but I am just one person. Between school/work. I want to build costumes, make and sell props, professionally illustrate, commercially create. Do I have to choose or can I do it all? I might need a little army of me's I guess we will see where I am in a year 😛 coffee is appreciated in said process. ☕️ ☕️

Everyone..... it's all finished. This massive monstrosity of a project is done. J am so excited to see it all come together. Final photo shoot is tomorrow and hopefully I will have more photos soon 🙂

WE DID IT!!!!! We got into Slcc comic con 2017 I am so excited this is the biggest competition I have ever entered and I am so humbled and excited to even get to the second portion. I can't wait to see these little guys rock it !!!!! 😃😊😺
