Here's where some of my restaurant skills started...Although back then 11 years + I didn't appreciate it because I was to busy being a hot head manager ( young & dumb) but I can honestly say I learned something from each of these ladies. With what I know now, I would give anything to go back in time and do some things a bit differently. It's amazing and means a lot to me that they still come back to see me, and that level of respect is still there with many laughs 😃.
Some of them have known me since I was 18 and first started at Martins. Although it was time for me to leave, I will always be glad I gained a lot of knowledge and met so many amazing people.. One of you said it's so clean in here 🙏🙏🙏
I get so busy that I forget to cherish these moments. I just received a message that someone I worked with at store #15 passed. Hard working very dedicated woman.🙏.
Thank you all for coming to see me.
On an honest note 📝 📋 because of some of you ladies being very great and particular at your jobs while I worked with you, now I'm the same way... Set in my ways at the restaurant 🤣🙈.... But when we get many compliments from other counties Fire Department & Health Department(checking food truck) that we are always great and ready you better believe it my madness/craziness has a huge meaning and impact 😀 😉..

Working at La Parilla Caliente is not always easy I(Carmen) am very particular on how we run things. I can proudly say you will receive the best Mexican Food around,best fast & friendly service and great quality of food...
Until this day Saturday 🤣🤣🤣on the Food Truck we RAN out of Food😳. We have never completely ran out. When I tell you the girls ran out they ran out....... all they had left was Mexican Corn & Drinks 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
They called me to the rescue...Mind you it was 30 minutes away... And I legit was laughing the whole way there. There was a mini misunderstanding on closing time...
Now we strive our best to have many options for Caterings, Food Trucks and Restaurant so we have talked about if we run out of 1 item it's ok Carmen not the end of the world 😉... buttttt not the whole food truck 😉 😀 😜...
