We’ve been getting tonnns of questions regarding a haunted house this year🧛🏻
Unfortunately, we aren’t hosting one this year but we’re going above and beyond next year!
So this is also a call to any vendors or anyone who has some great ideas they want to see come to life. DM US🎃👻

The Manor Market - formerly known as Nardini Manor - is a century-old, country estate situated on five and one half acres in an area of farmland, just South of I-10 in Buckeye, Arizona.
The Manor was first conceived in 1910 when Reverend RH Fields established his family homestead on the property in then Liberty of the Territory of Arizona, and preached at nearby Liberty United Methodist Church. Construction of the Fields’ home was completed in 1912, and included the original hull of the house, iconic pillars and pump house which still stand today.
The estate changed hands many times and fell into disrepair, but was reborn in 1975 when it was picked up by private owners and Italian visionaries Thomas and Kay Nardini who added the north and south wings, elegant gardens, forest and labyrinth maze.
A devastating fire in 1990 badly damaged the interior of the house. Soon after, Mr. Nardini sold the badly burned house and property to a local couple specially equipped to restore the historic structure - that’s us, Rodger and Tana. We painstakingly incorporated authentic period elements into the home’s restoration, such as wood flooring salvaged from nearby Liberty School, and went on to build the gazebo, expand the brick walkways, add new courtyards, public restrooms and a parking lot, and we opened the formerly private estate to the public for weddings and special events.
WEDDING CHAPTER CLOSES | We hosted the Manor’s first wedding in 1991 and followed it up with hundreds more over the next 27 years...but this April 2018, we’ll host our LAST wedding at the Manor. We value the sanctity of marriage and its been our honor to play host to so many of these momentous occasions over the years. But nearly 30 years after first acquiring, refurbishing, and opening the Manor to the public, it’s come time for us to shift gears, and we’ve opted to return the Manor to its original farm life heritage, which is more conducive to its natural farmland surroundings (dust, dairy smells, traffic, birds, bees, etc.) and also aligns effortlessly with our core values of family and community; sustainable farming and bartering; building and reclamation; active, hands-on, healthful living and eating; endurance running; holiday spirit and traditions, and more.
The Manor Market - housed in the old carriage house - is our latest enterprise, offering farmhouse goods, architectural salvage pieces, antiques, our favorite books and cookbooks, essential oils, local artisans’ products, custom builds for home and garden (pot racks, chicken coops, porch swings and more), and even live chicks to begin your own family farm in your backyard. Please join us most Saturdays, Sundays, and even a few weekdays (look for the open sign out front!) and plan to shop, sip and stay awhile. Coffee is complimentary and kiddos can enjoy free range play and yard games.
FUTURE | Friends and followers are invited to also join us for upcoming running events, a summer farmer’s market evening series, and Halloween and Christmas events to include the grounds and the house. Longer term future plans may also include Yoga and Pilates on the premises, concerts on the lawn, food truck rallies, an Easter Palooza event, tours of the historic house and more, so please stay tuned and check our online calendar often.
