Brand Activator

Who are we?

Ignite is an experiential agency of disrupting ambassadors dedicated to creating unforgettable moments through innovative technology and interactive event experiences.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to grow our amazing team of Brand Activators (BA) with people who believe in our mission of creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories. Ideal qualities for the job are:

21 years or older (we work with alcohol)
Dependable and flexible. Our schedules change frequently!
Having self-motivation and being goal-oriented
Being articulate, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
Excelling at being the life of the party
Experience with bartending or mixing cocktails is a plus
Experience in the promotions industry is a plus
Not being afraid to try and learn new things (we do a lot of that here)
Having the ability to adapt and change quickly

What are the responsibilities?

As a new addition to our growing BA team, you will be responsible for:

Being prepared and on time for your scheduled events
Being knowledgeable on brand information and able to relay that information to patrons
Having a reliable form of transportation
Having open communication with our area leads
Taking pictures during events
Completing online recaps within 24 hours of your events
Professional behavior and appearance at events (we will provide you with specific branded uniforms when needed)
Shifts are normally 2-3 hours on weekends (Thurs.-Sun.)

What is Ignite offering?

There is a lot of room to grow and experience new things with Ignite. We are offering flexible hours and cooperative scheduling. We know how busy you are and allow you to create your own schedule of events.

Pay is $25/hour unless otherwise mentioned prior to the scheduled event (this can be brand-specific).
