Wayne’s Flame has gained and earned a reputation for producing delicious, slow smoked gourmet entres, including but not limited to - ribs, brisket, pork loin, chicken, sausage, ham, turkey breast and whole turkeys. All are wood smoked to perfection, but our secret is the preparation process which gives our meat the extra flavor. Most people prefer to eat our meats without sauce, but we have a grea
