Our HOCO season starts one month from today at Eisenhower High School and we've been working on a TOP SECRET project all summer for it.

We've never done this at a school in our 29 year DJ career.
It has never been done in Eisenhower's 51 year history.

There are just as many DIFFERENT types of DJs as there are cars on the road, and each type serves a different purpose. Mobile DJs, club DJs, production DJs and radio DJs all perform in different ways. Booking a club DJ (who mixes out of songs every 30 seconds) is not what your students want at school events. Our 30 years in this game has taught us that, and our customers back it up.
We just turned away another HOCO today because we are unavailable on their date. Get the best or settle for the rest. Get your date before it's too late.

We are excited to be a part of Eisenhower High School's 50th anniversary celebration!

The school, which was dedicated by former president Richard Nixon, will host its 50th celebration on Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. to noon. The school is at 6500 25 Mile Rd., in Shelby Township. Special displays of Eisenhower through the decades will be featured throughout the building. The morning will begin with a short program honoring the school’s history in the commons beginning at 10 a.m.

Today would be our favorite day of the summer, the MASC Summer Camp Dance! They said, "our former DJ would drive up to Michigan from Indiana and set two speakers on the staircase. We dropped the mic and said, "summer camp is about to change." What happened next was two unforgettable summers in 2015 and 2016 when we brought EVERYTHING from our warehouse to celebrate Michigan student leaders, student council directors and principals. This was summer camp done right with Nick At Night!

Our story about racism. My brother and I grew up in a 5 acre field on a dirt road in a place you've never heard of. I started rocking proms not long after I learned to drive, and I quickly discovered that the world was much bigger than my little hometown.

As my company grew, we were invited to bigger cities and larger proms. I still remember one night at Petruzzello's in Troy, Michigan. It was so interesting to me because the city was a big mixing bowl of languages and nationalities.

Instead of only white people there were Black people, Italian people, Asian people, Indian people, Latino people, Chaldean people, all with different traditions and languages. I never learned a second language in school (it wasn't required then) so to hear these people speak in their native tongue was mesmerizing to me.

I've always said it's okay to be different and there's no place for racism in this world. Travel. Learn from each person you meet and grow. Life is too short to live in a bubble.

Life is better when you mix it up.
