Some pics to share while we have a moment …our big smoker that my husband Brad built…500 gal….big and rustic and gets the job done! He’s a master at what he does, really ❣️ We just did a wedding in Newport this past weekend and the priest was from Texas and he said to him, THAT BRISKET is the best he’s EVER HAD! This isn’t the first we’ve heard this from patrons/clients…we hear it from other Texans, And from the Carolinas…our pulled pork is also awesome our its North Carolina-style (and an actual recipe from a North Carolinians, (eastern region).
Along with our awesome BBQ, we have awesome sides (we’ve been told😊). We just won over another with my coleslaw! Someone who doesn’t like coleslaw! He said he loved it! So happy to hear compliments like this! We strive for the best and have consistent all of these years!
With that, we always stay humble (although we do, always, get excited when we hear things like this!)
At this wedding, I also spoke to a couple that were guests there…they had said to me, that if they were getting married again, they would hire us😊🙏❣️
Grateful for you all and your referrals and kind words! We appreciate you all!
For catering…just wanted you to see some other things we offer when catering and doing buffets…below is some fruit and cheese platters that were done for a wedding that we did a week ago!
We can do most anything, just ask!
