We are at the peak of summer fruit and produce in Colorado - you can expect to find local melon and stone fruit on your cheese and charcuterie boards and a wide variety of local produce on a crudites board. Some farms that we buy from include (Emma), (Carbondale) and (Palisade). The growing season is short and be sure and enjoy the delicious local produce while you can!
