***UPDATE!🛠️

The hard hats have been hung up and the keys are now in our hands. This construction journey has been nothing short of amazing!

We originally created this page to walk all of you through the evolution of this once horse stable to what is now the beautiful, finished product of Equestria West. Like every great one, this construction journey has now come to an end but thankfully the exciting wedding & event content has just begun!✨

TODAY IS THE DAY!✨ The day we have all been waiting for is finally here, Equestria West is officially open!!! It is a big day for us as we start a new chapter of hosting events at the second venue on the Bavaria Downs grounds.✨

We are so thankful for all of our amazing clients who have put their trust in us along the way. We are so proud to say that on our opening day, we officially have 100+ events booked! We are overjoyed and incredibly grateful!🤍🤍🤍

Hey hey Equestria West! We’ve got some construction updates for YOU!🛠️🦺

- Both women’s + men’s gorgeous bathroom sinks are in!
- Thirsty? Say no more. The hallway drinking fountains have been installed!💧
- Our front entryway/lounge floors are over halfway tiled along with new trim and fresh paint.
- Lastly, in the main ballroom, the carpenters have been working hard & exceeding our expectations by constructing beautiful trim and completing the vaulted ceiling.😍

We can’t say it loud enough…

Equestria West! Happy International Women's Day from us to you!✨ This project would not exist without the passion, drive, & initiative that this woman has put into it day in and day out. Let us proudly reintroduce you all to Ann Grant, Equestria West's Venue Director!

Ann is a role model to all of us. We asked Ann advise she would give to young girls starting out their professional careers and this was her response...💕
