JUST KEEP TRUCKIN.........🤙😁

Times are rough nowadays and my business has felt that for sure. Maybe it isn't time for FAR OUT FUDGE to brick and mortar, maybe I did stuff back asswards since people usually run a truck/trailer first. Brick and mortar seemed to align in the stars for me and signs pointed right towards it so I followed without question to start a journey I'd been scared sh*tless to take. I'm setting goals that double last years sales, what I made last year made it possible to coast and squeak my way through a whole year til this point. With these set goals FarOutFudge would support itself a be ok even if yearly sales aren't booming. I feel I've tried multiple avenues to make sales happen ( I APPRECIATE THOSE THAT HELP ME MAKE IT THIS FAR FROM VISITING THE SHOP, STOPPING BY MY BOOTHS AT EVENTS, OR ONLINE ORDERS WHICH I RECENTLY STARTED) whether it be trying variations on sales, changing hours, creating new.products to merchandise etc., but maybe a stationary building isn't the path that's supposed to be taken. I LOVE my little shop and what it's become over the year, many compliments have been given on the decor/theme whatever you want to call it, but I've hit a crossroads where I need to be proactive so this spark that's flamed doesn't completely get smothered out and I can still do something with it. My hopes were sales from November/December would help carry me even longer to hone and figure out where I need to stand but I've reached a point where I need to "rethink my ink" if a miracle of sales doesn't happen this month. Social media following has slowly but surely grown, but customers visiting my shop has not, sometimes lucky to get 1 customer/week. My struggle has been getting customers enjoying fudge 365, maybe fudge is just a seasonal treat despite my efforts to change that, or maybe much more time is needed to sway that mind set and I need to reroute so that FarOutFudge can be around long enough to do so. The last year has been a battle to find balance between home, work, the new business and maybe that proper balance was never found. I guess my whole point with this rambling is that adjusting is needed and maybe it's my time to adjust and adapt to keep this thing truckin along. My goals to keep the shop alive are pretty crazy and I don't even know if those can be met in a 3 week period, or if I could keep up with those numbers, but gotta start somewhere 🤷 Hopefully if nothing else this little shhhpeel of mine will give others comfort that they're not in the struggle alone, many out there are feeling it and sometimes evolution is needed. APPRECIATE EVERYONE! 🤙💚
