We continue to pray for our CMCSS families, the Clarksville-Montgomery County community, and neighboring communities impacted by the storms yesterday. Dr. Luna-Vedder, leadership, and CMCSS Operations staff have been out inspecting buildings, and crews have been making repairs. Many of our schools on the north side of Clarksville had some minor damage, but West Creek Elementary suffered the most extensive damage.

From of Clarksville, TN Government, as of 11:55 a.m. today, Montgomery County Emergency Management Agency reports that Clarksville has 65 structures with minor damage, 339 with moderate damage, and 271 with major damage, making them uninhabitable. There are 91 structures that are totally destroyed based on the latest assessment from EMA. The vast majority of these structures are residential dwellings. Numbers continue to be gathered.

God is not pleased…

This tornado(s) 🌪️ was very destructive all across north Clarksville with many miles of damages. Many thoughts and prayers for everyone - So many are homeless tonight, The clean up will take a long time and the rebuilding will take even longer. Tomorrow is a new day as the community pulls together to continue cleaning up from this deadly disaster

Here is some information from Resurrection, Clarksville, and The Way Church. We will be with them at 812 Tiny Town Rd, Clarksville, TN 37042
On Tuesday (Tomorrow) at 3 pm.

"We will be handing out free hot meals from Graysmoke BBQ, cleaning supplies, hygiene products, new blankets, and clothing as well. We will have a prayer team on hand for those who would like to process and pray through the tragedy we are facing. Please spread the word. If you are without a home, without power, or feeling overwhelmed please come by!"
