We will be OPEN one day this week

Closed Wednesday....we will be cooking for 250 guests Night Under The Stars fundraiser for the Sids Foundation. We've done this for the past 6 years and need to give them our 100 percent as expected. If you have tickets for this event we will see you there.

You dont need big expensive smokers. You are just cooking for the judges. I am simply bringing a few small smokers and grill out of my back yard at home for this one.

Today I scored 100 pounds of Snake River Farms Wagyu Brisket that we will start serving tomorrow Thursday June 20th (first come first served). I will not hold any for later in the day. When it's gone we will switch over to our regular Star Ranch Angus Briskets to finish the day.
We will have our full menu all day or till sold out!

Here's two of our favorites on cool North Idaho Days! On Tuesdays (that's tomorrow) you can get the Jumbo Brisket Loaded Potato....and both days you can get the Pepperjack Mac n Cheese Loaded Brisket Bowl.

Good Morning....We fired up the big kahuna last night and it sure is turning out some fantastic smoked meats. We will be open today at 11am until we sell out or 5pm.

In addition to our full menu we will have the Rib Tips. One pound of Rib Tips with your choice of side for $15 (RIB TIPS SOLD OUT)

After this weekend we will be leaving on vacation for a few weeks to visit my dad in the sunny resort town of Hawthorne Nevada sitting by the pool drinking margaritas. Well kinda.....you know we cant go anywhere without cooking BBQ!

Well we had a rare weekend off from catering, so we grabbed our smoker and grill from home and headed out to Pendleton Oregon for the PNWBA....Pacific Northwest BBQ Association sanctioned Cattle Barons BBQ Challenge today. I didnt have any high hopes since we had absolutely no time to practice our competition style BBQ. So we decided on using no commercially made sauces or rubs. We brought our house rubs and sauces to see how they would do.

What was started last October is now onsite ready to cook.....Smoker was built in Nebraska by M Grills. Then the custom trailer was built by Fox Trailers, Inc. in post falls. They took the idea and made it a reality. They did an amazing job! I cant even say enough about it and all the guys involved in the build. Inked Wraps & Signs did our wrap to give it our distinct flames and logos. If you need vehicle wraps, signs or any other means of advertising give them a call. I've done business with Will the owner for over 10 years now. His staff is super knowledgable, professional and they are on the ball getting you quotes, proofs, ect....
Last but definitely not least thanks goes out to Mountain West Bank for guiding us through the process to get the funds.
And now all that's left to do is cook!!!

Alrighty folks we will be open our regular hours this week Tuesday and Thursday with a full menu starting at 11am till we sell out or 5pm. Whichever comes first. The pits are getting fired up as I post this and I got my hands on some beautiful Prime Grade Briskets going in for an all night slow smoke.

Tuesday special as always is our Jumbo Brisket Stuffed Potato with all the stuff piled on top for only $15

And who can resist the Pepperjack Mac n Cheese Brisket Bowl for $15 as well!!!

We will be open Thursday our regular hours with a full menu 11am-5pm unless we sell out early. Tuesday we Smoked alot of ribs and still sold out. I'm going to double that tomorrow! If you want to reserve some call after 10am in the morning to do so. Showing up 30 minutes before we close without reserving is a gamble.

Thanks everyone for your votes yesterday for best BBQ in Idaho. Now we wait for the votes to be tallied.
Progress Report on the new smoker....yesterday we went out to Fox Trailers, Inc. to see how things were going and WOW is our first thought when we saw it. 16x8 foot of awesomeness!!! Next week the side walls will be put on and in a week it will be at NWSP getting the graphics wrapped. After the wrap is done back to Fox Trailers and they will lift the massive smoker up and into the trailer. We are super excited for this project to be completed and cooking in this new unit

We've traveled and competed across the United States and won many awards in Food Competitions. Yesterday we learned we were nominated with 11 other BBQ Restaurants for Best of Idaho.
