“𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕝𝕖,” 𝕨𝕠𝕦𝕝𝕕 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕝𝕠𝕠𝕜 𝕒𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥? 🐳 🐋

This whale was a test of brain power and creativity, but we were in love with how it turned out. It’s fun as the artist to see it all come together at the end.

Thank for for for the inspiration because sometimes as balloon artist you’re at a loss of even where to start! Anybody else feel lost as where to start sometimes?? We spend so much time researching techniques when we’re asked to do different things, so that we’re constantly growing to be the best for our clients.

Spring and Summer are the BEST seasons for parties, but can be the worst for balloons. If you are planning a stellar outdoor party, here are some tips when envisioning your balloon design:

☀️ Darker colored Balloons will NOT last in the direct sunlight. Dark green, black, navy, and even some blues will not hold up in the heat. Lighter and brighter colors are the way to go for outdoor designs.

☀️ Find a shaded area so that you risk less popping.

☀️ Heat causes balloons to disintegrate much quicker. Some balloons will pop when in the heat so be prepared for a few POPS or some deflation.

☀️ Balloons will start to “bake” in the sun and heat. This will create a powdery matte finish to your balloons. This is another reason to choose brighter colors that won’t look dingy and dull when they bake.

Happy Easter Fam 🐣🐰✝️ We were asked to help make Freedom House Church’s Easter morning come to life. It may just be the two of us, but we were able to install all three locations ahead of schedule thanks to being on top of their schedule!
