Dearest customers in order for Cynsational Occasions
to continue to offer the best prices and the extended time frame rentals with our rentals:
We will require a refundable deposit for all rentals going forward. This will ensure our items cone back undamaged or covered for damages incurred while in customer possession.
Rental requests are only held amd gauranteed once a deposit is placed on the order. No exceptions.
Invoices reminders automatically request final payment 24 hrs prior to rental pick up. Invoice must be paid in full 24 hrs prior to decor service or rental.
Deliveries are only for large orders, at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Please be sure to remove all decor pieces from linens- confetti, party favors, petals etc etc ...
